How to use the course

The course consists of several main components:

• Live contact time, which takes place for one hour
• Pre-recorded videos are to be watched before the session on that topic.

In addition to the required elements above,  there are a  couple of optional extras which we hope will help you get the most out of the course and provide the opportunity to connect as a community.

• A community forum on our website where you can chat with other students, post questions, and carry on discussions.

Pre-recorded videos will be available in the course dashboard and should be watched in advance of each class. While watching the videos, please make note of any questions or comments you may have so that you are prepared with for the discussion in the live class.
